What should I do if a product is damaged or incorrect?
We are very sorry if the product you ordered was damaged or delivered incorrectly. So that we can quickly fix this for you, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you have about your order so that we can evaluate the issue.
After that, we will gladly refund 100% of the purchase price or provide you with a free replacement, whichever you prefer.
It is best to contact us before returning any product. We do not refund orders for buyer's remorse.
Notification for EU consumersAccording to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
- The delivery of goods that are made to customer specifications or are clearly personalized.
- Sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and are therefore not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene.
How can I exchange a product?
Unfortunately, we do not offer item exchanges at this time. We may be able to help you replace an order if it does not meet your satisfaction.
Do I need to return the damaged product I received?

When will I receive my refund?
You can expect to receive a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 days of delivery. Once you receive your refund notification, please wait an additional 3-5 days for your bank provider to post the funds to your account.
Please note that we must have received the return of your order or a shipping receipt before we can issue a refund.
